Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the game Iron Nomad (“the game”) processes when you play it, and why. The game is developed by Ahmet Eren Bilgili, an independent developer based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”), who is the data controller.
What we process

We do not collect your email address, payment details, or precise location. We do not run advertising, analytics or tracking in the game, and we do not sell personal data.
Epic Online Services
Online features are provided by Epic Games, Inc. through Epic Online Services. Epic processes the data above on our behalf and under its own terms. See the Epic Games Privacy Policy. Sign-in permissions you grant to the game can be reviewed and revoked at any time in your Epic account settings under Apps and Accounts.
Retention
Session and lobby data exists only while a session is active. Data held by Epic is retained according to Epic's policy. Local saves stay on your device until you delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. Contact us at the address below; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly process their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.

Iron Nomad oyununu Türkiye'de bağımsız geliştirici Ahmet Eren Bilgili geliştirir ve veri sorumlusudur. Oyun yalnız şunları işler:
- Epic hesabınla giriş yaptığında Epic hesap kimliğin ve görünen adın: co-op oturumlarında seni tanımak ve adını diğer oyunculara göstermek için.
- İznini verdiğinde Epic arkadaş listen: oyunu oynayan arkadaşlarını görüp davet edebilmen için.
- Çevrimiçi durumun: arkadaşlarına oyunda olduğunu ve oturuma katılınabildiğini göstermek için.
- Eşler arası (P2P) oyun için gereken ürün kullanıcı kimliği ve bağlantı verisi (ör. IP adresi): lobi kurmak ve oyuncuları, gerekirse Epic'in aktarma sunucuları üzerinden, bağlamak için.
- Kayıtlar ve ayarlar: yalnız bilgisayarında tutulur, bize gönderilmez.
E-posta adresi, ödeme bilgisi veya konum toplamayız; oyunda reklam, analitik ya da takip yoktur; kişisel veri satmayız. Çevrimiçi özellikler Epic Games, Inc. tarafından Epic Online Services ile sağlanır (Epic Gizlilik Politikası); verdiğin izinleri Epic hesabında Uygulamalar ve Hesaplar bölümünden geri alabilirsin.
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz taleplerin için admin@bilgili.dev adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Oyun 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir.
